Our Airport pickups come included with the flight tracking feature. We monitor your flight and reschedule your pickup time accordingly, should there be an earlier or delayed arrival. What this means in simpler terms… You provide us with the flight number and landing time , our driver will be at the pickup point after 30 min. Remember, you also have 45 mins free waiting time after this!
All Airport, cruise port or train station pickup, we will give you meet and greet service as an payable service , which means that one of our drivers will be waiting for you at the designated location with your name card in Hand. You will also have all your driver/vehicle details provided prior to the journey. They will take care of your luggage and swiftly escort you to the vehicle.
- Pre-paid bookings (Bookings in advance with cards) will be refunded in maximum 5 working days from the moment of cancellation.
- If you need to cancel your booking, please contact Barton’s Cars as soon as possible. We will accept any cancellation as long as 24 hours notice is provided. There will be a £10 or 10% (whichever is higher) administration / transaction charge per journey.
- If you cancel less than 24 hours but more than 12 hours prior to booking there will be a £30 cancelation fee.
- If you cancel less than 12 hours prior to booking you will be liable for the full cost of the booking.

Therefore we can ensure your driver only goes to the meeting point when your flight lands. This means that the client pays no extra charges no matter how late the flight is. We do ask that all passengers notify us if they still have not entered the arrival hall 1 hour after their flight lands.
